Moorish Crunch Salad
Ingredients

300g carrots, peeled + sliced into matchsticks

150g radishes, sliced

2 crunchy eating apples, sliced

1 small handful of raisins

1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped

1 handful of fresh mint, chopped

4 tablespoons of Jamie’s Red Wine and Herb Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon tahini

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
This is a lovely moorish salad which gets the tastebuds going. It is refreshingly crunchy and right at home with a barbecue.
