Jamie Hooper does: His self-styled Honey and Poppyseed Dressing. So popular among the former chef's catering clients, the sweet, full-bodied liquid gold was the catalyst for Jamies Fine Dressings. 

The Lake Boga local, who ran his own restaurant in Swan Hill and worked as head chef at the Flying Duck Hotel in Prahran, was besieged by requests to market the moreish dressing, served best with buttery green leaves. The Balsamic, Chili and Honey Dressing, and Herb and Red Wine Vinaigrette followed in quick succession, and a fourth, Asian-inspired dressing is out soon. Excellent local ingredients, including olive oil from nearby Boundary Bend, are a joy to the tastebuds.
